Key Responsibilities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to placement
Conducting candidate interviews and assessing suitability for roles
Developing a strong understanding of the finance and accounting market
Writing job adverts and marketing roles effectively
Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels
About You
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
A genuine interest in recruitment and the finance sector
Background in finance or accounting (desirable but not essential)
A proactive and professional approach to work
